To fill a Board Vacancy due to an expiring term:

  • Board Members serve a four-year term beginning January 1 following the member’s appointment.
  • Each Board Member must be 1) a registered voter, 2) a resident within the boundaries of the District, and 3) a resident of the area they are representing.
  • Interested parties may submit their name for consideration to the BRWCD General Manager, 102 W Forest St, Brigham City, UT 84302 or by email:  chanceb@brwcd.com, no later than 3:00 PM on the last Wednesday of November.
  • The County Commission will fill the vacancies by appointment at the first County Commission meeting in December.
  • Please note that County Commission, Brigham City and Tremonton areas are typically represented by elected officials.
