PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 2026 BRWCD Water Conservation Plan
BEAR RIVER WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
UPDATED WATER CONSERVATION PLAN
In accordance with Utah Code § 73-10-32(3)(b), the Bear River Water Conservancy
District will hold a public hearing regarding the adoption of an updated Water
Conservation Plan.
The public hearing will be held on September 23, 2026, during the District’s regular
meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Bear River Water Conservancy District Conference
Room, located at 102 West Forest Street, Brigham City, Utah.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment.
Copies of the proposed updated Water Conservation Plan are available for public
inspection on the District’s website at www.brwcdutah.gov and at the Bear River Water
Conservancy District Office, 102 West Forest Street, Brigham City, Utah, during regular
business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
